Desire2Learn is our online course learning management tool. It is used to host all Internet-only classes, to provide course materials for ITV classes, and to enhance traditional classes both on campus and at our sites and centers.

EOS provides on-demand remote support in configuring Internet browsers, Java, and Elluminate Live Settings. When you click on online support, follow the instructions below:
1. Log in as "Guest."
2. Enter your email address and the name you wish to be displayed.
3. Click on "Manually Start Session." (Attention: you need Elluminate system
requirements and Java to get to this page.)
4. Enter chat room and post your question (in the smaller text frame above "Send To").

classes use Elluminate Live instead of Desire2Learn Chat to add live interaction to classes. Elluminate Live is accessible through Desire2Learn.
