Highlands University listed as most affordable

Highlands University has the lowest undergraduate tuition and fees of any four-year college in an 15-state region in the West.

According to the study "Tuition and Fees in Public Higher Education in the West, 2010-11" by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education. Highlands had the lowest tuition and fees for both resident and non-resident undergraduate students of any four-year institution in the entire region, which includes colleges in California.

“We are an institution that can provide a high quality of education at a modest price,” Highlands President James Fries said.

More information on the study can be found on the WICHE website.
