Mission Statement
Mission:
New Mexico Highlands University recognizes that every staff employee of the university is an important part of its success. A Staff Advisory Senate shall be formed and operate with professionalism and integrity, will be equitable and ethical, and dedicated to the principles of truth and honesty. The Staff Advisory Senate shall provide a forum for all regular full-time and part-time employees and serve as staff organization for shared governance at the main campus in Las Vegas and its centers across New Mexico.
