The Office of Campus Life sponsored the BMX show, which is part of the National Guard’s “Bring Your A Game to School” program. Sgt. 1st Class David Muñiz, a native of Las Vegas, N.M. based at the local 720th Army National Guard unit, said the “Bring Your A Game to School” program is designed to encourage higher education attainment while promoting the 100 percent tuition assistance program the New Mexico National Guard offers New Mexico students at state universities. Muñiz, the National Guard recruiter for New Mexico, said the Guard also offers a $50,000 student loan repayment program.
