LAS VEGAS – New Mexico Highlands University presents the Golden Dragon Acrobats Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. in the university’s historic Ilfeld Auditorium, 900 University Ave.

For more than 30 years, the Golden Dragon Acrobats have dazzled audiences around the world with shows of breathtaking skill and spellbinding beauty. They are considered the premiere Chinese acrobatic touring company.

Renowned choreography, award-winning acrobatics, traditional dance, and spectacular costumes are hallmarks of the Golden Dragon Acrobats’ crowd-pleasing performances.

Ancient and contemporary music are an integral part of their shows, along with a variety of theatrical techniques.

The Golden Dragon Acrobats represent the best of a time-honored tradition that began more than 25 centuries ago in China. Acrobatic body art was one of the first art forms recorded in history.

Tickets for the Golden Dragon Acrobats are $20 for general admission, $10 for children 10 and younger, and $15 for Highlands University students with ID.
