New Mexico Highlands University President James Fries, left, and Luna Community College President Pete Campos sign the first articulation agreement for science, technology, engineering and math disciplines for the two schools at an Oct. 11 ceremony at Highlands. The purpose of the agreement is to facilitate a seamless transfer of Luna STEM students to Highlands. Courses specified in the agreement have been aligned at both schools for content and rigor.
