Highlands organized a recycleathon challenge for local schools and 10 participated. Classes from Los Niños Elementary and the ECC participated in the Nov. 15 celebration to learn first-hand about how a recycling center operates. Highlands University students from the conservation club lent a hand with the educational festivities.
