When I became pregnant with her in 2003, Mars was very close to Earth.

During that time, I just happened to produce photographs similar to
depictions of the big bang.

It was a wondrous experience to see a tiny life, one that was born in my
uterus, grow like a small universe, even though this is one of life's
activities, one that has been repeating itself  in Earth's nature since the
earliest times.
