Interlibrary Loan Services
New Mexico Highlands University faculty, students, alumni, staff and courtesy card holders can obtain for research and serious study, material not available at the Donnelly Library. If you need books or articles that Donnelly Library does not have, the Interlibrary Loan Department can probably get it for you from another library. You must be a registered user in good standing to be eligible for this service.

POLICIES AND COST

To request an item:

Complete an ILL form available at the Information/Reference Desk. |

Or you can complete an online form: for books or for articles. |

Cost:
|
There is no charge for the normal ILL transaction. If charges are connected with borrowing, you will be notified before the item is ordered so you may decide if you want the item or not. If you lose a book from another library, you will have to pay to replace the item. |

The borrower is responsible for adhering to the due dates and restrictions specified by the lending library. |

To renew an item, please contact the ILL office at least 3 days before the due date. |

Please return all books to the Circulation Desk. |
