Peking Acrobats Coming to Ilfeld Auditorium Jan. 28

The internationally acclaimed Peking Acrobats will tumble into Highlands University’s Ilfeld Auditorium Wed., Jan. 28, at 6 p.m. to deliver a theatrical experience known for dazzling audiences of all ages. The Peking Acrobats are from China’s top acrobatic schools and performances include extraordinary feats of wire walking, trick cycling, precision tumbling, somersaulting and gymnastics. Grace, agility, flexibility and control are hallmarks of the elite troupe’s art.  Musicians playing traditional Chinese instruments accompany the acrobats.The Peking Acrobat’s performances are based on Chinese folk traditions that date back more than 2,000 years.  Since its debut in 1986, the troupe has toured internationally, wowing audiences worldwide.
