On Demand Remote Support
EOS provides on-demand remote support in configuring Internet browsers, Java, and Elluminate Live Settings. When you click on online support, follow the instructions below:
- Login as "Guest."
- Enter your email address and the name you wish to be displayed.
- Click on "Manually Start Session." (Attention: need Elluminate system requirements and Java to get to this page.)
- Enter Chat room and post your question (in the smaller text frame above "Send To.")

Many of our ‘Internet Only’ classes use Elluminate Live instead of Blackboard Chat to add live interaction to classes. Elluminate Live is accessible through Blackboard.
