INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION TO THE RN-BSN PROGRAM

 

All applicants must have graduated from an approved associate’s degree or diploma program from the United States and reside within the state limits of New Mexico.  All applicants must pass the NCLEX prior to the start of the term for which they are applying.

Application Process:

  1. Submit the RN-BSN program application
  2. Mail official transcripts from ALL previously attended colleges or universities to:
    New Mexico Highlands University
    RN-BSN Program
    Box 9000, Las Vegas, NM, 87701
  3. Apply for admission to New Mexico Highlands University. In addition to applying to the RN-BSN Program, you must also apply for admission to New Mexico Highlands University. You can obtain a copy of the undergraduate admission application online at www.nmhu.edu/future or by contacting the Office of Admissions by phone at (505) 454-3439 or 800-338-NMHU. If you previously attended Highlands and have completed 16 or fewer credit hours with another institution since leaving NMHU, you will submit a Re-enrollment form to the university.

 

All application materials for the Spring 2015 semester must be received by 5 p.m. (Mountain Time) October 17, 2014.
