Doors Open: 11 a.m.
Student Check-in: 12:30 p.m.
Student Line Up: 1 p.m.
Rehearsal:  Friday, 5/8, 3-5 p.m.

Rehearsal is optional for graduating students. If you have a final exam scheduled during rehearsal, you are not excused from your final exam. Students must attend their final exam. The Office of the Registrar does not provide an excuse to attend rehearsal in place of a final exam.

*Santa Fe students may attend any commencement location of their choice

Safety Precautions

To ensure the safety of all graduates and their guests, heightened security measures will be in effect throughout the commencement ceremony. We thank you for your cooperation with these important precautions.

NMHU has implemented a clear bag requirement for all on-campus events to enhance safety, security, and speed of entry. All items are subject to security screening.

• No weapons allowed on University property.
• All persons entering this facility are subject to search.
• No outside food or drinks.
• Personal items permitted per attendee:
• One clear bag (maximum size 14″ x 6″ x 14″)
• One small clutch purse (about 5.5″ x 8.5″)
• Personal items carried in the your pockets or worn on your person (keys, wallet, phone, makeup, etc.)
• Medically necessary items may be carried in non-clear bags
• No alcohol or drugs.
• Intoxicated persons will not be allowed to enter.
