Outdoor Recreation Center

 

 The Outdoor Recreation Center promotes outdoor recreation by providing equipment as well as activities to optimize the enjoyment of the outdoors.

The Student-driven center provides equipment for daily and extended use and conducts various clinics for students to learn the skills associated with various outdoor activities.

Hours 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. M-F

Saturday- closed during winter except for special events.

How Long can I rent it? – You can rent the equipment daily as well as for extended use, depending on the particular item. Contact the Center regarding specific items and availability.

Is all this free? – All the equipment is free to checkout, unless returned damaged or unrepairable, then the student is responsible for certain fees that are outlined in the equipment rental agreement.

When are any Outdoor Recreation Sponsored Excursions? – Our sponsored events will be posted to the university webpage as well as social media, global e-mails, and in your residence halls. Via- flyer’s.

What happens if I lose it? – if you lose or damage any item you will be responsible for full payment or replacement of the item.

Can I work here?– The opportunities for student employment will be posted on the University’s student employment portal.
