New Mexico Highlands University recognizes that every staff employee of the university is an important part of its success. A Staff Senate shall be formed and operate with professionalism and integrity, will be equitable and ethical, and dedicated to the principles of truth and honesty. The Staff Senate shall provide a forum for all regular full-time and part-time employees and serve as staff organization for shared governance at the main campus in Las Vegas and its centers across New Mexico.
