- Please submit purchase requests with approved signature authority and backup documentation via email to purchasing@nmhu.edu. Purchasing will route the request for compliance and issue a purchase order.
- Hiring Documents for students/faculty/staff
- For 1 Funds, please submit hiring documents with approved signature authority and backup documentation via email to stephanie@nmhu.edu.
- For 2 Funds, please submit hiring documents with approved signature authority and backup documentation via email to ejduran@nmhu.edu and aamedina@nmhu.edu.
- Budget Adjustment Requests (BARs)
- This applies to Agency funds that start with 8XXXX and Capital Projects funds that start with 9XXXX only! Please submit with approved signature authority submit via email to both: Eleanor Duran ejduran@nmhu.edu and Andrea Medina aamedina@nmhu.edu.
- For BARs that start with 2XXXX. Please submit all budget adjustment requests with approved signature authority and backup documentation via email to angela_va@nmhu.edu . Angela will route the request for processing.
- For BARs that start with 1XXXX. Email approved BARs to stephanie@nmhu.edu. Approval via email will only be accepted.
