November 1, 2021 @ 11:15 am - 12:00 pm

Come support M.A. candidate Vanessa Montoya Monday, November 1st as she reveals the appalling instances of abuse at the Los Lunas Hospital and Training School in New Mexico during the 20th century, recently unearthed by the Jackson Class Lawsuit. As a direct result of the Jackson Class Lawsuit (1985 – present), the care of the developmentally and physically disabled in New Mexico has drastically improved. New programs have shifted their focus to more intimate family and community care, in cooperation with the wider public.
