The New Mexico Highlands University Labor Management Relations Board will meet on Friday, January 3, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the Student Union Building Governance Room (320) on the main campus.

pertaining to threatened or pending litigation in which the NMHU Labor Management Relations Board is or may become a
participant, as permitted by Section 10-15-1(H)(7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978.

The New Mexico Highlands University Labor Management Relations Board will meet on Thursday, February 7, 2019 and Friday, February 8, 2019 beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day, in Student Union Building Governance Room on the main campus, 800 National Avenue, Las Vegas, NM. The purpose of this meeting will be to hold a hearing to take evidence on the appropriateness of a bargaining unit as remanded by the District Court in D-412-CV-2017-00088. The meeting agenda will be available seventy-two (72) hours prior in the Office of University Relations.
