  • March 14, 2016 – Unit Action Plans/Initiatives begin as per Provost Aguilar. (completed)
  • March 24, 2016 – HLC Response to Site Visit is available to guide HU Vision 2020 to address concerns. (completed)

  • July 19, 2016 – Strategic Planning Steering Committee creates Budget Templates that require all Schools, College, programs and departments to tie budget requests to the Strategic Plan. (completed)
  • August 2, 2016 – Interim Provost Linder distributes NMHU Strategic Plan Budget Requests forms, NMHU Strategic Plan Template for departments and programs, and NMHU Vision 2020 Mission, Vision, Core Values and Goals. (completed)
  • August 11, 2016 – Departments and Deans meet to conduct unit-level strategic planning consistent with HU Vision 2020. (completed)
