- August 2, 2016 – Interim Provost Linder distributes NMHU Strategic Plan Budget Requests forms, NMHU Strategic Plan Template for departments and programs, and NMHU Vision 2020 Mission, Vision, Core Values and Goals. (completed)
- August 11, 2016 – Departments and Deans meet to conduct unit-level strategic planning consistent with HU Vision 2020. (completed)
