Las Vegas, N.M – The Highlands University Department of Music presents the university’s Wind Ensemble and Percussion Ensemble in a concert with dinner Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. in the Student Union Building theater.
The student union is at the northwest corner of National Avenue and 8th Street.
The music program also includes selections from a clarinet quartet. Visiting professor of music Yasmin Flores will also perform on clarinet and saxophone with Linda King, a concert pianist and music faculty member.
The dinner menu includes fried chicken and all the fixings.
Tickets for the concert and dinner are $25 for general admission and $20 for students.
The fundraiser will help pay for instrument repairs for the Wind Ensemble and Percussion Ensemble.
