The following people joined the Highlands family in January:
Jammae Valencia works in the school of education as an administrative assistant and was formerly employed with Broomfield School District as a Medicaid specialist.
Alicia DeHerrera works as the senior administrative assistant for academic affairs she formerly from Southwest Capital Bank.
Lorraine Martínez, who has more than 30 years of experience as a classroom teacher and administrator with Las Vegas City Schools, is the new project coordinator for the Highlands school of education alternative teacher certification program.
Linda Anderle transferred from the office of Campus Life and is now the administrative assistant at university relations.
Anne Maclachlan joined the University Relations team as web content manager for the new NMHU redesign.
