Project Purple
Participation in Giving Tuesday is a longstanding Highlands tradition, and this year we are using it to kick off Project Purple, our faculty and staff giving initiative.
When we give, “they” give. By “they” we are referring to the alumni and friends who support our work here at Highlands. Project Purple is your opportunity to show your support of Highlands and the journey to advance our university. Your participation demonstrates that Highlands is one of the best possible investments for a potential donor’s philanthropic support.
Every gift matters to the university, no matter the size of the gift. The campaign’s success is based solely on participation, making it possible for every employee to be a part of the campaign.
This year, we have set a bold goal: 33% faculty and staff participation. Currently, fewer than 10% of Highlands employees give annually — and increasing participation will help strengthen our culture of philanthropy and signal our shared commitment to Highlands’ mission.
