U.S. Army Maj. John Vanderhee delivers the keynote address at a Veterans Day Yellow Ribbon event Nov. 11 at Highlands. The Student Veterans of America chapter at Highlands hosted the event to honor veterans. It also included an HU-CARES and Student Veterans of America information session. The Las Vegas, New Mexico chapter of the Vietnam Veterans of America presented the color guard.
