Graphic Design Request Form

Please use the form below to request graphic design work from the Office of University Relations. Please note, we require minimum two weeks from submission date for first draft completion. Projects with requested draft completion dates less than two weeks from submission date may not make your deadline. NOTE: Due to the Thanksgiving 2022 holiday, projects submitted Nov. 12–28 may not be completed until after the week of Nov. 28, 2022.
