Beginning June 2, 2014 fees for official and unofficial transcript will increase from $2.00 to $5.00.
The Office of the Registrar issues both official and unofficial copies of student records. Any student may request a transcript of his/her academic record in writing, and it will be issued in accordance with the students wishes and is subject to all transcript policies. A fee is charged for all transcripts; however, an enrolled student is entitled to one free unofficial transcript per semester. The cost for each transcript is $5 for standard mail to be paid in advance. The student’s signature is required to authorize the release of transcripts. Highlands will hold transcripts for 30 working days after which transcript will be shredded and all fees forfeited. The Office of the Registrar reserves the right to change the transcript policy at anytime.
Attention students: Highlands University will not release transcripts without prior payment. For each transcript request submitted, all transcript fees must be paid prior to processing. For your convenience, we have included a payment portion on our transcript request form. Any request that is submitted without payment will not be processed. All requests must accompany a copy of the students id card/drivers license. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We look forward to serving you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Student Transcript Specialist at 505.454.3455 or email a transcripts specialist.
