New Mexico Highlands University presents the Keshet Dance Company April 17, 7:30 p.m., in a powerful modern dance performance that explores the impact of the Holocaust on American Jews. The performance, titled “Ani Ma’amin,” Hebrew for “I Believe,” will be in the university’s historic Ilfeld Auditorium, 900 University Ave. The Keshet Dance Company partnered with the Sabes Jewish Community Center in Minneapolis and the New Mexico Holocaust and Intolerance Museum to create this repertory show. The award-winning Keshet Dance Company is based in Albuquerque and tours nationally. Tickets are $10 general admission, and the performance is free to all students with a valid ID.
