Due to the Ransomeware attack on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, the NMHU Administration and NMHU Faculty Association agree to the following MOA:
Per the CBA for Tenure and Promotion:
23.2.4.C: T & P Review Panel Process Timeline
- All materials from the T & P Review Panel are due to the VPAA April 19, 2024
- Week 14 VPAA will notify faculty of the recommendations and narrative evaluations made by the dean, department, and Review Panel
- Week 15 Faculty member may accept the recommendations or submit a written response to the VPAA
All other timelines in Article 23 shall apply
In addition:
- Faculty will have immediate access to support offices such as Instructional Design, Library, or other offices to help faculty get caught up with the teaching of classes
- Faculty are not required to take any leave due to the cancellation of classes, during the ransomeware attack.
